How long will my order take?

What payment methods do you take?
We accept VISA and Mastercard through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account and can pay with a standard credit card.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your online order provided the order has not been dispatched. We will refund the cost of your order.  Please contact us as soon as possible to check whether your order may be cancelled.

What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?
We aim to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase with 30 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@nzskincareco.com to arrange a full refund or replacement. Please note: we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are faulty.
