Skincare guideCan I use geoskincare if my skin is sensitive?+
Sensitivity is individual. Check the full ingredient list for anything you know your skin reacts to and patch test a small area before using a new product. Stop using it if irritation occurs. Our masques are not positioned as treatments for sensitive or irritated skin.
Can I use these products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?+
Take the full ingredient list for the product you are considering to your midwife, pharmacist or healthcare professional. They can advise on your individual circumstances. We do not make a pregnancy-safe claim for the range.
Do I need both Lotion and Face Cream?+
No. Choose Lotion when you want fluid, lighter hydration, or Face Cream when skin feels dry and you prefer a richer moisturiser. Both help soften the look of fine lines.
How do I apply the peptide range?+
Apply Hydrating Toner after cleansing, followed by Essence, then Lotion or Face Cream. Use morning and evening.
How often should I use a clay masque?+
Use a clay masque as a weekly cleansing step, rather than a daily face wash. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Adjust use to how your skin responds; avoid irritated or broken skin.
How do I apply a cleansing masque?+
Apply an even layer to clean face and neck, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Leave for 15–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow with toner and moisturiser.
Which cleansing masque should I choose?+
For a creamy cleanse with softening oils, choose Volcanic. When excess oil is your main concern, try charcoal-and-clay Black Clay. For oilier areas of combination skin, Duo Clay combines two cleansing clays with jojoba seed oil and niacinamide.
What does water-burst BB Cream mean?+
As you blend HydraGlow BB Cream, tiny water droplets appear on the skin. The cream combines this water-burst application with hydrating ingredients and complexion colour for a natural-looking glow.
What is the difference between the HydraGlow shades?+
No. 1 Brown warms and evens the complexion. No. 2 Light Brown brightens and evens with a lighter tint. No. 3 Purple uses lilac colour to counter a yellow or sallow cast. All three have a water-burst texture and a natural-looking, radiant finish.
Does BB Cream replace sunscreen?+
No. BB Cream is a complexion product. Use a separate sunscreen for sun protection.
How long will one bottle last?+
It depends on how much you apply, how often you use it and whether you apply it to your neck as well as your face. Toner and Lotion contain 100 ml, Essence 35 ml, Face Cream 55 ml and each BB Cream 45 ml. We do not give a fixed number of weeks for a bottle.
How long can I keep a product after opening?+
Check your pack for its use-by date and any period-after-opening symbol, shown as an open jar with a number of months. Follow the guidance on that product. If the marking is unclear, contact us with the product name and batch number so we can help.
Is the range vegan?+
The range is not entirely vegan. Peptide Lotion contains PEG-8 Beeswax, and Peptide Face Cream and Black Clay Masque contain beeswax. Check each product’s full ingredient list if you avoid animal-derived ingredients.
Can I return an order?+
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order details. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable consumer laws are preserved.
